Janicka is a passionate clinician working in the fields of speech-language pathology and research. She is an older cousin to a child and teenager who both identify as neurodivergent. Janicka is interested in how early intervention affects child-caregiver communication and listening to families lived-experiences to mobilize IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity & accessibility) and knowledge throughout communities and healthcare partnerships.
