Ryan Delyea is a Relationship Manager at Fundserv Inc., the indispensable connectivity hub enabling innovation for the Canadian investment industry. In this role, he is involved in multiple projects at Fundserv that focus on enhancing the member experience and increasing member satisfaction on the network.
This includes relationship management, where he meets regularly with Fundserv’s key stakeholders to elicit feedback that drives our initiatives in support of the more than 700 member organizations, and service providers, that count on the security and reliability of the Fundserv network every day.
In addition to this, Ryan oversees the Segregated Fund council and the Alternative Investment Fund council at Fundserv, as well as the FATCA-CRS Working Group, where regulatory and discretionary issues are discussed and debated specific to each business segment. The goal being to implement solutions that reduces time, cost, and risk to the industry, while improving their operational efficiencies.
