Howard leads the Mid and Back Office Consulting Services at First North Consulting where he spearheads large-scale transformative operational programs and oversees resource allocation to meet diverse client needs. With over 30 years of experience in the regulated financial services industry, Howard is a recognized process design and subject matter expert in securities industry operations and related systems, including Custody and Back-Office Clearing, both in Canada and internationally. Howard’s extensive career includes working with CIRO members, OSC-regulated Asset Managers, and major Canadian Banks. His expertise spans operational support, process improvement and automation, platform migrations (including IB/CB conversions), platform design and architecture, and client relationship management.
