Elie Elkhal is the Managing Director, Commercial Services, CCP Clearing at CDCC, where he specializes in fixed income for the repo market and Montreal Exchange product clearing. Since joining TMX in 2005, he has led innovative initiatives such as SGC Notes and is an active participant in the Corra Advisory Group of the Bank of Canada and CIMPA subgroups. With over 20 years of experience in risk management and derivative product development, Elie holds a bachelor's degree from Polytechnique Montreal, a master's degree from Université Laval in electrical engineering, and a master's degree in financial engineering from HEC Montreal.
