Erica has been with RBC for 20 years and is currently the Vice President & Head of Wealth Management Canada Operations, leading a team of over six hundred employees. In this role, she drives operational excellence, enhances employee effectiveness, and strengthens the connection between the front and back office to elevate both client and advisor experiences. She plays a key role in shaping strategy, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

Throughout her tenure, she has responsible for the implementation of straight-through-processing which reduced processing time from days to seconds and co-led the HSBC Canada integration for WM Operations. She gained global exposure through her role as the Head of Global Reconciliation Services, where she led an Operational team of over three hundred staff. Erica has broad experience and has held leadership roles across multiple RBC businesses namely, the Office of the CFO, Retail Banking, Technology, Caribbean Banking, and now Wealth Management. Erica uses her breadth of experience to inspire her teams, solve complex business problems, drive stretch business goals, and deliver process automation.

Erica holds an MBA, is a recipient of both of RBC’s top honours as a 2014 Convention Award Recipient and 2023 Global Citizen Award Recipient. Erica is enthusiastic about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and lends her time to both internal to RBC and external causes.
