She has been recognized for her leadership in the North American banking space, with notable achievements like launching the first zero-dollar commission mobile app for one of the top 5 Canadian banks.

Additionally, Swati has been instrumental in driving digital-first mandates for wealth management businesses and AI COE, agile product management practices within the organizations she has worked with.
