Hotel Accommodation
This year, you will be assigned to Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport. You will receive notification of your accommodations 1 week prior to the conference date.
Shared accommodation is available for all attendees on Friday evening. In addition, Beauty Managers who must arrive at the conference site Thursday evening due to travel restrictions (over a 1 hour drive from the conference location) will be eligible for accommodations. Beauty Managers, please note single room requests will be based on availability and the cost of 1/2 the room is your own personal expense.
If the roommate you requested does not require hotel accommodation or is not attending the conference, we will assign you another roommate.
If you are a "no-show" for your hotel room, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to you personally. You will require a credit card at check-in to pay for incidentals.
Transportation between the hotel and the conference center will occur at designated times only. Cab fare between sites will not be eligible for expensing to the company, so please comply with published shuttle times.
All conference hotels offer only non-smoking rooms.
Hotel assignments are on a first come first serve basis.

Estimated airport limousine fare to hotel is $35. Estimated cab fare is $12 (one way).
Complimentary parking is available for conference attendees.
Note: If you are a 'no-show' to the conference or fail to notify the conference office for cancellation in writing on/before August 23, 2024,
you will be charged a $300 fee.
