If you are registering a Loblaw colleague, please register them as a bowler at the cost of $2,000. Their spot is not secure in your lane unless registered.
Registration forms are to be filled out with bowler contact information. If you are registering on behalf of someone else please ensure you have put the correct contact information below for them. By adding yourself as the CC email you will also receive confirmation and any follow up communications about the event.
You will be able to include additional bowlers in the next step.
