The Financial and Operations Advisory Section (FOAS) of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) will host its Annual Meeting and Conference from October 1–4, 2026, at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Québec City. The event brings together senior finance and operations leaders, making it the largest gathering of its kind in Canada’s securities industry.
