Rexall will cover flight costs for participants travelling more than three hours one way by car to the Toronto Convention Centre. To be eligible for reimbursement, all flights must be booked through Concur.

Hotel accommodations will be arranged for all attendees for the nights of Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19. Rexall will also cover hotel parking during your stay. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond these dates, any additional nights and parking will be at your own expense.

Please note that Rexall is not responsible for incidental charges, including room service or any damages incurred during your stay.

Hotel Information 

This year, you will be assigned to one of two hotels: Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre, or Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport. You will receive notification of your accommodations 1 week prior to the conference date.

Attendees are eligible for hotel accommodations on both Friday and Saturday nights.

You will require a credit card at check-in to pay for incidentals.

Transportation between the hotel and the conference centre will occur at designated times only. Cab fare between sites will not be eligible for expensing to the company, so please comply with published shuttle times posted in the hotel lobbies and on the conference app.

Conference hotels offer non-smoking rooms only.

Hotel assignments are on a first come first serve basis.

Please note that hotel accommodations will be arranged on your behalf. You are only responsible for booking your flights.
