Hotel Accommodations
This year, you will be assigned to one of four hotels: Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport, Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre, Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre, or Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel. You will receive notification of your accommodations 2 weeks prior to the conference date.
Shared accommodation is available for all attendees on Saturday evening. In addition, pharmacists who must arrive at the conference site on Friday evening due to travel restrictions (over 1 hour drive from store location) will be eligible for accommodations. Pharmacists, please note single room requests will be based on availability and the cost of ½ the room is your own personal expense.
If the roommate you requested does not require hotel accommodation or is not attending the conference, we will assign you another roommate.
If you are a “no-show” for your hotel room, a $100 cancellations fee will be charged to you personally. You will require a credit card at check-in to pay for incidentals.
Transportation between the hotel and the conference centre will occur at designated times only. Cab fare between sites will not be eligible for expensing to the company, so please comply with published shuttle times posted in the hotel lobbies and in the conference App.
All Conference hotels offer only non-smoking rooms.
Hotel assignments are on a first come first serve basis.
