The host hotel for our Abra 2025 President’s Club is The Royal Sonesta New Orleans in New Orleans, USA. Stay in the heart of the French Quarter at this luxury Bourbon Street hotel and experience a unique atmosphere of timeless refinement. 

You will receive confirmation of your accommodations two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Abra will provide you one (1) hotel room for you and your one (1) guest for the nights of April 23rd, 24th and 25th, at The Royal Sonesta New Orleans including applicable taxes and resort fees. At check-in, you will be asked to provide a credit card for your incidentals, such as room service, telephone calls, movie rentals, mini-bar charges, meals outside of official Abra 2025 President’s Club events and non-included activities. These items will be at your own expense. The credit card will also be used for any accommodations booked outside of the event nights mentioned above.

Please be sure to settle your account with the hotel prior to check out.

You are responsible for arranging transportation to/from Louis Armstrong International Airport.

ARRANGING YOUR OWN FLIGHTS

Flights must be arranged on your own for you and your one (1) guest. It is recommended that you book your flights once you have submitted your registration and have received your confirmation letter. Please refer to your hotel check in and check out dates when booking flights. 

Abra will cover economy level roundtrip air travel for you and your one (1) guest. Any upgrades from economy will be your own responsibility. Any substitution requests will be your responsibility. Any changes to your or your guest’s travel itinerary that result in additional cost will be your responsibility. Please review all flight details carefully and ensure they match your hotel check in and check out dates.
