Travel Requirement
A flight will be booked for you if your store is more than a 3-hour drive from the conference location. If driving, you can book a hotel room and charge the expense if approved by the store associate.
Approving your flight itinerary
During registration, if you have been approved for flight, you will be prompted to select your departure city and complete required information that will be used to issue you a ticket.
Once registration is complete you will receive a proposed itinerary for your consideration and approval. Please be advised that your initial proposed itinerary is not a ticket and is not valid for air travel. You must approve your itinerary. Once your approval has been received, your Electronic ticket will be printed and you will receive a copy of your Electronic ticket receipt by email from McTavish Travel.
All travel documents will be sent to your store or office email address, and to check spam and/or junk mail folders in case important travel documents from McTavish Travel have been routed there instead of your inbox. You will receive your flight itinerary and e-ticket from McTavish Travel by 1 week prior to your departure. If you do not receive your flight confirmation, please contact McTavish Travel at 1-800-265-7113 or 905-827-1100.
Special Circumstances
Please note that flights are booked in accordance with the conference start and finish times. If you require alternate arrangements from the conference schedule, please indicate your preferences when registering or in the special requests or comments box on the registration form.
