Congratulations on achieving the CARSTAR President’s Club award and being invited to attend the CARSTAR 2025 President’s Club! As part of your award, you and one guest are invited to the Fairmont Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. As a President’s Club award winner, you are part of an elite group that has had a profound impact on our company over the last year. Please read this important information to help you register and prepare to attend the CARSTAR 2025 President’s Club.

Thursday, October 16, 2025 to Sunday, October 19, 2025

Deadline to Register

All registration information for you and your one guest must be completed in its entirety by Thursday, September 25, 2025 close of business, Eastern Time. Should you not respond by this date, we will assume you (or your guest) are not attending the 2025 President's Club.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your participation or your guest’s participation in the President’s Club, please send an email to Drivenbrandsevnts@andlogistix.com

Meals and Activities

CARSTAR will provide you and your guest with dinner for each of the following evenings October 16 to 19, 2025 as outlined in the agenda. All other meals will be at your own expense. No additional charges will be covered by CARSTAR such as room service, bar tabs, meals outside of organized functions, additional outside events or activities, etc.

Personal Expenses

When you arrive at the hotel to check in, you will be asked to provide a credit card to cover any incidental charges, such as room service, telephone calls, movie rentals, mini-bar charges, spa treatments, laundry, parking, meals outside of official President’s Club events and non-included activities. Please be sure to settle your account with the hotel prior to check out. CARSTAR will not reimburse you for these expenses.
