Hotel Accommodations

This year, you will be assigned to one of three hotels: The Hyatt Regency Calgary, The Calgary Marriott, or The Fairmont Palliser.  You will receive notification of your accommodations 1 week prior to the conference date.

Shared accommodation is available for all attendees on Friday evening. In addition, pharmacists who must arrive at the conference site on Thursday evening due to travel restrictions (over 1 hour drive from store location) will be eligible for accommodations. Pharmacists, please note single room requests will be based on availability and the cost of ½ the room is your own personal expense.

If the roommate you requested does not require hotel accommodation or is not attending the conference, we will assign you another roommate.

If you are a “no-show” for your hotel room, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to you personally. You will require a credit card at check-in to pay for incidental room charges.

All Conference hotels offer only non-smoking rooms.

Hotel assignments are on a first come first serve basis.

Parking is an additional cost over and above the room rate.
