Hotel Accommodations

This year, you will be assigned to one of four hotels: Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport, Delta Hotel Toronto Airport & Conference Centre, Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel or Marriott Toronto Airport Hotel. You will receive notification of your accommodations 1 week prior to the conference date.

Shared accommodation is available for all attendees on Thursday evening. Attendees who need to arrive on Wednesday evening due to travel restrictions (over 1-hour drive from their store) will also be eligible for accommodations. 

Please note single room requests will be based on availability and you will be responsible for ½ the cost of the room and taxes.

If the roommate you requested does not require hotel accommodation or is not attending the conference, we will assign you another roommate.

If you are a “no-show” for your hotel room, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to you personally. You will require a credit card at check-in to pay for incidentals charges.

Transportation between the hotel and the conference centre will occur at designated times only. Cab fare between sites is not eligible for expensing to the company. Shuttle bus times are posted in the hotel lobbies and on the conference app.

All Conference hotels offer non-smoking rooms only.

Hotel assignments are on a first come first serve basis.
