Dear Full-time Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager and Store Support Colleagues,

We are excited to be coming together again at our 2025 LCL/SDM Pharmacy & Wellness Conference in Toronto, Ontario. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment where you can participate in sessions and activities to educate, engage and inspire you, along with ample time to network and mingle with your colleagues. This conference is attended by Loblaw pharmacy managers, SDM pharmacists, and colleagues from our various healthcare businesses and store support offices.

This year, our theme is Engage 360°: Commit. Connect. Care. It highlights the comprehensive approach you and your team take in delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint. By focusing on the power of commitment, connection, and care, you ensure that each patient feels welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Through your dedication, you are strengthening relationships with Canadians, building trust, and elevating service standards, making every interaction a moment of respect and excellence.

The conference is on Thursday, May 29 – Friday, May 30, 2025, at the Toronto Congress Centre, North Building, 650 Dixon Road, Toronto, ON M9W 1J1. 

Please review the important details below and if you have any additional questions or comments, please discuss them with your Senior Director or Associate-Owner. 

• Full-time pharmacists working an average of 28 or more hours per week at their home store are strongly encouraged to attend the Toronto Pharmacy Conference.
• Pharmacists scheduled to work on Thursday and/or Friday of the conference week will be eligible for regular wages for all their scheduled shifts. Those not scheduled to work Thursday and/or Friday of the conference week will not be paid additional wages to attend.
• Air Travel is approved only for pharmacists who live more than (3) hours (by car) from the conference site. Accommodation is available for all attendees on Thursday evening, if desired.
• We are offering two optional Continuing Education (CE) Sessions on Wednesday, May 28 for pharmacists who can attend without incurring any additional accommodation costs. 
• Pharmacists travelling by air or train who must arrive at the conference site on Wednesday, due to travel constraints, will be eligible for accommodation on Wednesday evening. 
• Vehicle travel expenses to and from the conference should be discussed with your Senior Director or Associate-Owner.
